Welcome to Forged in Fire

Forged in Fire is a high fantasy role-playing game, which is set in a world where legends come alive. Dragons exist, magic is at the tip of your fingers and the lands are beautiful beyond imagination. Join us in a journey throughout Avalance. Create your character and allow yourself to be surprised by the many adventures that lie ahead. Where one moment your character might be on its way to finding love, he could encounter a dragon or a unicorn the next. Nothing is impossible in these lands.

Current Season

As winter arrives, the temperature lowers and the Highlands are covered in a blanket of snow, while the rest of Avalance deals with more rain and periods of wet snow.

Current Event

A Reign of Destruction

The people of Avalance wonder whether they have a new problem on their hands as the rain keeps crashing down from above. As if that wasn't enough, the King starts raising their taxes, taking from what little they have left.

we drink the poison our minds pour for us
and wonder why we feel sick
Whispers on the street made her realise that there were still people busy with the sudden death of the former lord. By now she already had to be used to these whispers. After all she knew the whole story from what has happened. And those poor souls could only guess what had happened. Her brother had his father's blood on his hands and so did she. He was the brawn and she the brains. Yet that was something that would never be spilled. They would take this into their graves. When that may be. In the meantime they both knew they had to choose their allies carefully and their enemies even more careful. One big mistake from one of them and their whole mask could come off. Not that she was planning on making any mistakes. But as the saying goes: small mistakes can have large consequences. And small mistakes are so easily made these days.

That was one of the reasons why she loved being outside the city walls. Not much people dared to do so not many questions could be fired towards her. People were scared of these monsters outside town anyways. Not that there were no monsters inside the city. She had heard the stories of the undead with bloody fangs and the coldest skin she ever felt. If they were true she did not knew. But it at least made her realise that she would ever feel a colder skin than her brother’s. Was he undead too? Immediately Milla shove the thought of him being undead away. Couldn’t be. mustn't be. She would have noticed? Would she?

Another turn around the corner and the gates already showed up. Subtle rays of the sun enlightened them in the most subtle way. Soon it would start to snow again, but until then she would be outside. Who knows what she would do.
