use your knowledge
and your heart
to stand up for those that can't stand, speak for those that can't speak, be a beacon of light for those whose lives have become dark.
Linnéa had been having some strange dreams lately. Although she did not tend to talk about them, she still woke up feeling quite uncomfortable. Every time she closed her eyes she felt like turning into a bird, flying through the thin and cold air of her home country. The young child however tended to have other matters that she would turn to. Like the plenty of hours that both her parents seemed to be busy, and trying to get their attention every once in a while. She was a sweet child and did not tend to be a trouble maker. However, she also woke up early enough to keep her parents up and on their toes. As soon as even the littlest of sun beams were reaching the windows, she would be up and about. Running through the hallways, and finding some things to do. Some days she did make quite a problem of her schooling, old people tended to be quite boring. Especially her teachers, she loved listening to her parents, as their voices brought her safety, warmth, love and peace. Her teachers however were not her parents, and as such she sometimes made their days a lot less peacefull. The brown haired girl moved swiftly from her own chamber towards those of her parents. Maybe she could climb in bed with her mother and give her one of her famous hugs. Or ask her if she could help her make breakfast for her father, especially if he seemed out of sorts, she wanted to make things right. She loved her family, all of them.

Her footsteps would be heard, pattering on the floor, in a hurry. If her mother had not been on the brink of waking already, she would have been now. The small child opened the door before rushing inside and climbing upon the bed, at the footboard. Two arms were thrown around her mother's body before she softly spoke near her ears. 'Mother, wake up!' Her voice sounded lighthearted. She was not trying to annoy her, at the very least she just wanted her mother to wake up and help her around the kitchen to surprise the others. She knew her mother's rules, and one of them was that she had to speak with the proper words as well as have someone attend to her if she was around fire. She never questioned her mother in that way, the worst she could do was writing letters to other Lords and Ladies to tell them how boring old people were. Which she secretly had done the day before. That was the nice thing about innocence, children never meant to harm; and when they did they would feel horrible. Or at least that would be the case for Linnéa.
