Claude was raised with a silver spoon in her mouth. As a child, she hardly had anything to worry about. She received a good education, her father made sure of that. From a young age, she was a child that demanded a lot of attention. But the only person she wanted it from more than anything -her father-, was never there. She never really got along with her mother that well, who was less headstrong than little Claude. The homefront of the Redmayne's was never anything but cold between her parents, which often left Claude in the middle. She has a bit of a temper, often throwing tantrums when she was younger.

Claude takes after her father in her behaviour. She loves to be the centre of attention, and will always want all of the attention in a room. She acts out a lot and gets herself into trouble often, all to get the attention of her father. In her eyes, getting scolded is better than not seeing him at all. She loves him dearly and sees him as a role model, but he's usually too busy for her. Claude is very skilled at pretending she doesn't care, but deep down she is saddened by it. She found out that getting in trouble will get her the attention she wants easier than actually doing something right, which doesn't get approval as fast. She has a small heart and doesn't easily lets people in.

The older she got, the better she was with her words. Claude loves to get in debates and arguments, knowing she will win them eventually. She has a good sense for business and finds the family business very interesting. She has proven to be strategic and smart in her choices whenever she was given a task, which showed how much potential she actually has. This earned her the approval of her father, something she was always so desperate to get. This showed a different side of her, a more sincere one. However, she tends to mask this because she feels vulnerable otherwise. She seeks refuge in drinking and gambling for which she has a talent.
