Evergreen
Wineport
Once nought more than a simple vineyard, the Vigneron family turned this place into a beautiful city. Surrounded by rich gardens full of grapes, there is nothing in this city that isn’t absolutely stunning. Within its walls, fountains and courtyards are found all around. The houses are built in light stone, causing the city to look as if it was glowing at any time of the year. Its beauty attracts many visitors and thus, the city is filled with the most marvellous of inns and, of course, brothels. The Shimmering River provides Wineport with freshwater and also trading ships from Riverhold.
Woodpecker Grove
In the northern parts of the Evergreen lies the Woodpecker Grove, a forest that matches the Green Antler in its greenness and riches. The Shimmering River starts its course in the Iron Ridge and flows through the southern part of the Grove. The woods are a good spot for hunting and are often used for such events by the Lords of Wineport and other cities and towns in its proximity. As it is a very peaceful forest, a few towns have sprouted near or between the trees.
The Ruby Bay
The most western bay of the continent is called the Ruby Bay. Ships coming from the Ruby Sea find a wide array of harbour towns in this bay. Most notable of these are the old city of Riverhold, located at the mouth of the Shimmering River, the town Kraken's Harbour in the south, and the city of Fairview in the north. Most of the trading ships from Lavarr will port here to sell their wares, meaning there is a good influx of people from Lavarr and many trading posts. The wealth of the Bay comes from its trade. Less inhabited parts of the bay are covered by wide beaches or rocky shores, sloping down into a sea that is clear but can be treacherous.
The Golden Hills (W)
The western part of the Golden Hills looks much like the eastern part in the Crownlands. The grassy hills connect the Iron Ridge with the Red Rise and also form a boundary between the Crownlands and the Evergreen. Because they lie in the middle of these provinces, the lands were often fought over in the past, but they did not lose any of their beauty. A lot of small farm towns lie beside the roads that lead through this area, making good use of the fertile grounds.
Rippling Depths
At the edge of the Red Rise lies the source of the Rippling Stream. The river mouths in a long and deep lake called the Rippling Depths. It spans from the west of Dorwine, almost up to the western coast of Avalance. On the northern bank, there's an abundance of small fisher towns and beautiful holiday homes for the rich. On the southern bank lies the Weeping Forest, a place which is a lot less inviting. According to myth, there is a source of magic hidden deep within the forest which attracts all kinds of mythical creatures. It also brings misfortune to those who try to seek it out. If people disappear around the lake, it is often on the southern side.
